Soles of Silk - manor gardens

While out doing a shoot with Wendy one of the locations I had wanted to use fell through. We were unable to walk to the location due to overgrowth and neither of us wanted to force the issue and get cut up in the process. So we were left with a dilemma - where to shoot our final set of the day.
After driving down the road for about a mile I randomly pulled into a park. I saw a ton of sports fields and figured we might find something. It was already evening time and I didn't want to wait too much longer and lose the sun. But that's when we struck gold. At the end of the parking lot was a small manor. The manor has tours of the grounds and seminars for kids during operating hours. Well, we were there after hours and there wasn't a person in sight. It really wasn't posted that you couldn't be on the grounds, so we decided to go for it. If someone came out and told us to leave, then so be it.
We ended up getting in a really good set with tons of sole shots and shots of Wendy showing off her bright pink toes. It's often the unplanned sets that are memorable. This was one of them. So many great shots to enjoy.
