I bought a sit-up bench on Amazon.com with the intention of using it in naked workouts. (Props to Alfred for the idea.) I like the way it hooks the girl's feet in place in front of the camera. The trouble is, it's so steep that Eden got exhausted after doing just a few sit-ups. But she managed to use it in other ways to round out her workout segment.
