SupernatuReals - Melisandre - HQ

Released on 01-04-2017. Happy New Year's everyone! We're starting this year off with a brand new find. Say hello to SupernatuReal Melisandre. I was introduced to her by a friend who I asked to be on the lookout for potential models. After my friend showed her the site, Melisandre said she was very interested in being a part the project and we quickly set up a shoot. After a few failed attempts, we were finally able link up. I started the shoot with some soft boxes but decided to go with the natural sunlight shining through the patio door . We did a few Afrocentric looks and a then a regular outfit. Melisandre has a very unique look. She is petite but very muscular. Her natural, curly hair is fire red, she has green eyes and face full of freckles. She's gone back and forth between relaxed and natural hair but she's been natural for over a year because her fiance's encouragement. She gave me the task of coming up with her model name since she could think of one herself. Her red hair is what gave me the idea for her name. If you watch the HBO show "Game of Thrones" you know that Melisandre, also called "The Red Woman" is a mysterious priestess/sorceress with long, red hair.
