Soles of Silk - shoe shopping

In my travels I am always on the look for possible shoot locations and themes. About 20 minutes from where I live is a somewhat new shopping center with a nice central strip of water fountains, plants, benches, and more. I said to myself that day that I'd come back one day with one of the models and do a little set here.
It took about a year, maybe less, but when Carlin and I were talking about where to do her first sets, I remembered this location. "Want to go shoe shopping?" I asked Carlin. What girl would say no to that?
We began this set at the far end of the central strip at one of the water fountains. With a bag full of shoe boxes and shoes, Carlin began to pose her dainty little feet for the first time. Even though this set wasn't the first to be posted for Carlin, this is the first one she actually did. She claimed to be so nervous and I tried my best to assure her she was doing great. She really did. She's a sweetheart and I only hope to go shoe shopping again with her!
