Soles of Silk - susquehenna pier

In the weeks leading up to Kaycee's first shoot we discussed where we would go and what we would do. Kaycee had a particular interest in shooting on a pier. Even though I've shot on plenty of piers in the 10 years Soles of Silk has been online, I always feel that my waterfront photos tend to be some of the best on the site. So I began looking for a pier.
I didn't just want any pier for Kaycee's first shoot. I wanted something scenic. I had found the one we used in the set below, but had also found some other locations not too far away that I wanted to check out. Well, due to a wrong turn, it put us closer to this location instead. When we got out and took a look, we loved it and just decided to stay.
After a quick overview of what I do during shoot, Kaycee was ready. She admitted that she doesn't feel like she's photogenic and was worried about how she'd do. I assured her she had nothing to worry about. The poses are easy and quite frankly, she's very pretty. I knew she'd do well and she did!
