Soles of Silk - sandy black flats

All the years I've known Jasey Rae one thing is for sure - she's always telling me she's cold. So when we did these photos back in March, it was obviously not the warmest of days. Still, Jasey was excited to shoot and I told her to dress as warm as she needs.
Thankfully Jasey was a trooper because I really loved how this set came out. It was a simple one on a cloudy day after some rain. We shot along the water when the tide was far enough back for me to step down off the bulkheads. I had just enough room to position myself to see Jasey pull her black flats from her little feet. And that's just what I did.
Naturally I'm a sucker for flats because I'm a fan of the warm pair of feet inside. Well, with it being chilly outside, the two size 7 1/2 feet that came from these flats were clammy and on the colder side. And of course, every time I jokingly reached out to "warm them up" with my hands, Jasey pulled them away and said, "Nope!" I knew better...
